IDEAS2030 AI practitioners target

Only 12% of Canadian businesses used AI between mid-2024 and mid-2025. Among SMEs, the figure falls to 8%. Nordic leaders run at 29 to 42%. Canada ranked 44th of 47 countries on AI training and literacy. The CASIPA AI Accelerator addresses this adoption gap through seven structured tracks aligned to each pillar of Canada's AI for All national strategy. This is not a research program. It is a practical execution platform.
